There were fish all over the inside of waquoit Bay up tight against the shoreline at about 7AM. You had to go right into shore to find them. Likewise there were fish schooled up along the entire falmouth shore in almost every cove, clustered at the downtide side of the jetties. You had to work structure and cast on faith; you couldn't see them, but they were there.
