I own a Valentine anti reverse. The non anti reverse are much cheaper and have the same basic construction and the very same drag.
The guarantee that comes with it is for a lifetime and if any parts on it break they can be replaced because it is very modular.
The drag is very smooth but not as smooth as say a penn or any other $3-400 reel. If you are at all considering a scientific angler system 2 for around the same money, The Valentine is way better.
Some people say that the Valentine is essentially the same as a phlueger but it's totally different.
The only drawback that I have noticed is that if you get sand from the beach into the gears of the anti reverse model it can get a bit crunchy, but a dip of the cover plate in the water fixes that. other than that I would recommend it because it is the cheapest and most durable of the anti reverse types.
Also, both models have an enclosed spool, and if you fall on the rocks with it, it will still fish fine until you can get a new outer rim from the company for free.
