Has anyone tried fishing for stripers with a barbless single-hook? I'd like to reduce the level of mortality of the fish I catch (I rarely keep any, even if they're keeper-sized), but I don't know if this will make it impossible to ever land a fish. I alw
ays use barbless for shark, so I'm pretty much aware of the techniques to keep the hook in for that sized fish, but I don't know if it'll work for stripers.
