Fished a secret early season spot from 6-7 pm tonight and landed 25 schoolies from 15-24" including several double headers fishing a yellow and white deciever with a rays fly dropper. Had a fish on with almost every cast! if not for the lightening that sc
ared me off the water I'm sure I would have had even more fish as they were hitting even as I wound in my line to leave. get out there and fish hard if the early season action is any indication this will surely be an epic season! Look for the seaducks and
cormorants, they have better fish locating abilities than you do. good luck and if your in Newport hit the beaches!
