High Tides in "Newport" (I don't know just where it is measured) on 4/10 are
740 am and 757 pm, according to a handy table you can find (& print out) at:
http://www.opsd.nos.noaa.gov/tp4days.html. This source also lists tide heights
(3.6 am, 3.9 pm). Good luck!
