Teddy, that's what my parents used to call me, Shawme Crowell State Forest is a great place to camp especially before the summer crowd hits the Cape. It's cheap and if you ask they usually will put you where the are fewer campers so you'll have a quiet s
pot to sleep after the hard day of fishing. This location will also be close to the mouth of Scorton Creek. As for bait, keep asking around as I do flyfishing and have no knowledge of fish flesh fishing. (Try that three times fast). Good fishing...Capt. T
