He's referring to North Bay/Cotuit about 2-3 miles up bay from where I was an hour earlier.

I scouted around the area between West Bay and North Bay at about 7AM yesterday and saw fish breaking over on the Osterville side. I was working my way inwards from the town landing on Little River Rd and couldn't get close to the action before it dissapp
eared; obviously headed up bay towards you.
