8/2 5:00 AM - 10 AM
Pepperal cove, couple of shcoolies(really small) on white deciever, tide was almost out

East side of the Isle of Shoals, 4 fish 20"-30" on Pollock imitation, fishing in the foam right up against the rocks.

8/3 5:00 Am- 11:00 AM Isle of Shoals, 8 fish 20"-35" (my first NH keeper on a fly) 6" Pollock imitation, fishing in the foam right up agianst the rocks.

Big scare (8/3, Isle of Shoals), Long cast, quick retrieve, couple of bumps, something huge following right up to the boat, let the fly sit, gave it a twitch, Huge thing (for some odd reason a giant Tarpon came to mind, don't know why, it was just that big) bumped it again. Then this huge light colored thing became visable. The seal turned and left a huge swirl. Finally got my heart back down in my chest, drank a little coffe to get rid of the shakes and went back at it.
