I use a product called Tierra Highlights which worked along with my web Browser.
This product monitors any web page as frequently as once an hour then notify
you when anything changes. The changes are also easy to spot since it
will throw a color border around any new thread.
I have found it easier to keep up with this and many other forum pages
that change frequently. You can purchase and even get a sample trial
