I've caught the little suckers off of the town dock in Cotuit using a tiny
Swedish Pimple and salmon eggs. My wife won't let me eat them in front of her
because the bones crunch too loudly.

Any way, I hear the shore south of Boston -- Duxbury, Marshfield, Cohasset -- are more
dependable places for smelt.
