As for fly crab's - nope - don't know how to tie them and don't plan on learning till this winter. Its the usual fly suspects for me, focusing on poppers along the
edges, as the methodology. I'm getting hits on poppers, just no hookups.
What may be different also is that I am fishing the flats after dark; I think Mark started w/ a day oriented query? I see bass murdering silversides and other
surface minnows after dark; I suspect a pencil popper is the proper shape rather
than my more cone shaped ones.
