My brain dump on Chappy:

There are two, actually three if you count Cape Poge, places that you can get to
w/out 4WD.

Wasque Pt. - Drive as far SE as you can go until you run out of pavement. Continue on the dirt
road until you see the Trustees of Reservations signs and a newish tiny clapboard
office/guard shack. As you face the shack, you want to continue straight to
the Wasque fishermen's access parking lot (the right hand fork is for 4WD only
and I don't think it's open anyway due to beach erosion) about a mile or so
down the road. Park and walk out on the stairs and boardwalk to the Wasque Pt.
The best time to fish this place is on a falling tide when the rip (and I mean
RIP) really starts revving up. Don't even think about daytime fishing at this
time of year unless you love rubbing elbows.

Dike Bridge - This is the spot where Kennedy had his "trouble." They've
rebuilt the bridge and you can walk across (or drive if you have 4WD) and hit
East Beach. I don't know where the rocks are that Phil was talking about however.
To get to Dike Bridge, when get off the Chappy ferry drive for a couple of miles
until you come to a pronunced 90 degree right-hand bend in the paved road. Turn off
straight onto a dirt road (I believe there is a sign for Mytoi Park at the junction).
The bridge is about a mile down the road. Not sure about tides here.

Cape Poge Gut - There is 2WD access to the south side of the Gut, which is a nice
deep channel with flats on either side. Good, calm flyfishing area when the fish
are in. Personally I'd fish moving water wherever you can find some
structure. It's very difficult to explain how to
get there because it's not marked except at the end. Ask one of the rangers
at Wasque or one of the tackle shop people for directions.
