Every blue that hit my fly bit through (some sooner then later). Normally I carry
some fly's with a wire leader/albright knot to tippet, but for some reason I did
not rig up any for this trip. Did you fish the wire leader to the blue's?
Or just cut back your leader?
My week of fishing last week was limmited to my son's nap time (11AM-2PM) which was low tide.
So my kayak fishing was mainly roaming about the "fishy" spots. Will have to try the Robbins Hill rd. spot
next year. But plus side for me was I had all the room I wanted. Did you ever try reaching the edge of the flats on calm days?
Has anyone kayak'ed out to the edge to fish?
