After reading about Chris' experience at Joppa, this appeals to me as my
next potential Kayaking spot. I would appreciate any info on the location
in the river of the area for fishing. I know the Flats parking lot, however
have yet to fish this area. Could anyone help with the general direction
from the boat launch? Is the sand bar exposed and low tide or just shallow?
Would a Kayak offer me the benefit here of fishing later into the incoming
and then "Kyakking" home? Would it be in the way? Any info appreciated. I know
it is a low tide spot and getting stuck out there is the biggest concern,
however the Kayak may alleviate this worry, if it works?
