A conclave in the Reel-Time sense is a meeting of fly fishermen to do what fly fishermen like to do best: fly fish! In this case we will be exlporing the rocky areas around manchester-by-the-sea early in the evening, then possibly moving back into the Essex or Ipswich River for later evening fishing fun.
