I'm not trying to attack you directly. I agree with your view concerning the
higher size limit for comm as well as rec fishermen. I've heard several other
comm fisherman express your views concerning a higher minimum size limit.
It makes sense because it allows them to spawn several times before they
can be legally harvested.
I'm basically against the netters in other states. It doesn't matter where
the fish is caught -its still removed from the system. Netting I would assume
injures fish which have to be released.
Again , we need continuity among the states as far a regs are concerned. In
the short term I feel it would be prudent set regs in a conservative manner.
Its usually easier to make corrections later when this path is followed.
