So, in a nutshell, what are the existing regulations and what are the proposed changes.

Current rec. limit is one 28" fish/day, correct?. Proposed is 2 28" fish/day?

I'm totally unfamiliar with commercial regs - must be caught on rod/reel, total
state wide catch 750,000 lbs - is that current? What is proposed?
