two data points. First I recall a fish kill up in Barnstable Marsh a couple years back where many hundreds (700??) dead schoolies were picked up.

The spot I was connecting in was choked w/ fish which reminded me of glory days in the Green Pond channel; cast, bump, bump, hookup. This was one concentrated hole at low tide. However, I saw others having the same action 200 yards upstream, and 200 yards downstream.

It felt to me like there were a lot of fish in the creek.
