You might want to check out www.softcom.net/users/dorado/sos.htm which has
a link to a study on stripers spawning in the Miramichi River. Evidently
stripers spawn in several rivers in the St. Lawrence Bay. If thats the case they probably spawn in some of the larger Maine and Maritime rivers.
