I don't buy the seal theory. I've seen what a seal does to a striper. If the seal misses part of the fish (they rarely miss), there's usually half a fish and a nice clean cut with teeth marks . A seal's teeth are extremely sharp. The fish my brother caught had bleeding lesions, not bite marks and I suspect it's the same thing beign reported here.
