Sea-run trout

Although I grew up on the Cape (Wellfleet) and worked with T.U. on the Quashnet River project during the 1980s, I have not had the time to check out sea-run
trout fishing on the Cape in the last ten years or so. Back when I was spending time exploring this fishery I got a few (browns) fishing streamers, mostly in
Scorton Creek and down in the Falmouth area.

My question is, what is happening on these river now? Is there any action to be had in the winter? Was there any work done to bring to bring back the native
(salter) Brook Trout to any of the streams Upper Cape? Is the Cape Cod chapter of of T.U. still working on any of these river?

Thanks in advance
Stuck in Boston...
Michael
