Hi Dennis,
Your question is a valid one and the real answer is a secret in RI LOL
Having tried to find spots to park for Napatree or watch Hill is somewhat
difficult unless you know someone who has a home nearby or can fix parking
tickets.
If anyone can tell you where there is a safe area to park I would really
appreciate it if you would forward the info to me.
