I spent the weekend at Washburn Island. Had a great time, although much of Friday and Saturday morning was spent with the engine cowling off trying to get the #$%^ outboard to work (wet fouled, adjust HO orifice on carb...). Finally got it going and got some quality fly fishing in. Sunday early am at the end of the Seapit river where it joins the river that heads up to Edward's BY, I hit 15"-20" stripers every other cast. A brown back half and half I tied up last week did the trick. Had fish following to the boat, two and three stripers fighting over my fly like bluefish.

A great time, great spot to stay, just need to get more fishing time in.
