It's not easy to park in Watch Hill. Some folks park in the merchants lot near the yacht club. I get the impression the police don't hassle you in the off hours you would be on the water this time of year. I'd make two phone calls the police as suggested previously and to John Prigmore at CoveEdge 401-348-8888. Hope this helps,
