Fished "Rye-On-The-Rocks" last Friday just North of Wallis Sands Beach. Fish were all over the place, but I had more follows than takes. At low tide there were several nice schools running up and down the flats right in front of the rocks to the North of Wallis Sands. They were very aggressive and would take clouser or crab pattern. Plugging the rocks was also productive.
