Good points. I guess I was thinking of my days in the early 80's at Block when there were a large number of huge fish caught or along the back side of Fishers in the late 70's. I can remember fishing with my father (who was a commercial fisherman) and catching so many big fish that I had to stop ( I was only 10 or 11 at the time). The fishing also seemed to be more consistant, as you said, with larger fish. I can remember that we used to start in the salt ponds in the spring, move to the breachways and beaches in the summer, and the islands in the fall.
