I fished both Bourne and Great Pond alot last week, We had our best luck fishing the begining of the outgoing. Make sure you fish the flats there on the way to the channel. I picked up a nice 20" sight fishing. I started at the family claming area and sight fished my way to the channel in Bournes. You can also see them cruising the little flat behind the motel on Great Pond.
