Finally wacked the boat.. 10' section of 2x6, dead center at about 25 mph, Oouch. Motor kicked up and continued to run, 2x6 is split in two. I shut down the engine, raised it up..looked ok, missed the prop and no water rushing into the bildge. Fired it up again and ran fine, no vibration etc. Really looked over the lower unit, mountings etc, back at the slip but can find no obvious damage. I assume any serious hull damage would appear in the form of a leak. Is it possible to have come through this unscathed? What else should I be looking for? By the way the boat is an 18' center console, modified v hull w/115hp. Any advice or other action I should take? Thanx
