Can you advise about fishing Merrimac River at low tide. I would like to fish the low tide early Weds, Thur morning
and need to know where to put in and walk without killing myself. I am familiar with the public ramp on the West
side of Joppa Flats but can you walk in at this spot? Or is it better to go near Plum Island Boat Ramp?
