Has anyone had any experience parking at Scudder Lane without a Barnstable sticker? I would like to put in a canoe there but when I went by on memorial day there was and Official Barnstable Harbor Environmental Police SUV idling away in the parking lot. I have been told by others that they have not had problems but would rather not get a ticket much less a tow.
