Went to Newburyport beach parking area last week, saw signs posted
'no overnight parking'. Rest of island seems to be parking by
permit only. How does one do any night fishing in that area if
you can't park a vehicle?
I think I went on 5/27 but I'm not near my notes. Not much
happening, caught one small schoolie on a ch. clouser, saw a
few others caught. Must say reading all these messages on PI
does get one excited to try night fishing there. Is it just my
impression, or are saltwater fishermen less, um, taciturn than
freshwater fishermen? People seemed pleasant and helpful.
