Thanks Allen, I'm sorry but I haven't fished in Pleasant Bay from a boat for
over 20 years. Since a boat gives you a great deal of mobility, I'd make use
of it. I'd keep an eye peeled for the large fishing boats which exit the Bay
early in the morning. It doesn't appear that they would be too receptive to
course changes. Good Luck!
