I have found that if you carry a sign in your car "Fishing" and put it in your
window you will not have a problem in most places, unless it is peak daytime or
your blocking someone etc.
However, before your car is towed and you come after me with a size 10/0 Hook, I
would suggest calling the local police. They will usually give you an official
OK.
