Yeah, today I was switching colors and shapes. Mu initial clouser, wht/olive,
is tied with real long, fairly sparse streamer hair and ostrich herl. It's my
thinnest profile fly. The black deceiver was all black and pretty chunky, I
thought a bigger profile might get me a bigger fish (and it did). The blue/wht
deceiver was also chunky but they just wouldn't commit to it (must've been male
stripers :->). The ultra clouser was just different enough in that it's still
blue and white but much more transluscent. I thought it would be like throwing
them a changeup. Any way you can get to Hampton on an extended lunch ? Decent
fish around and a lot of open space. The beach is good too, but more of a hassle
to drive to. Drop me an email if you're into it, or I could meet you at the
