Westerly RI/Watch Hill This weekend?

Gonna fish all day and night in the Southern RI area this weekend. Any advice?
I hear Napatree is doing it's thing--how's the parking?? Quonny? Charlestown?
Tides?

We'll be arriving from VA tonight around 12 PM--any suggestions as to where we
should fish as soon as we arrive or on Sat am?
