In every place that I've ever encountered channel dredging, it had a major impact on the fishing.

Several years ago when they dredged Sesuit Harbor, it suddenly started producing many very large bass for those in the know. I was threatened by a fate worse than death if I revealed the secret.

So if you don't get a schoolie every cast, there may be large fish present and its up to you to figure a way of catching them.

Go at it. Theres a huge chum stream out their working for you.
