Did you have the opportunity to read the thread about beach use here a few months ago? They cannot kick you off the beach unless you have gained access to it illegally. Park in a public place, enter the water through another public place and you are all
owed to fish from the high water mark to the water...unless it is a swimming beach. As long as you are neat, clean etc, don't take a homeowner's guff. Scituate is bad news lately with the influx of new people.
NO ONE person should be able to own the ocean or the beach that abutts it, this is really getting out of hand.
