I'm familiar with the property laws.
In Scituate it's the parking. There is none. Places that you can get away with it nine months of the year, get inundated with the seasonal a**holes for the summer.
A couple of summers ago on Humarock, one of them staked out " her beach" with 50-gallon drums and rope, and tried to chase everyone away from "her beach," with her big Long Island accent. She was renting for a month right next to the busiest public each o
n the south shore! It would have been funny if she wasn't so nasty about it....She was convinced that the beach was hers!
Couple more big storms, all these Scituate people will be living at the Pine Street Inn anyways.....I can wait 'em out.
