Fished Chatham both on Saturday (solo) and with Mike Powers on Sunday.
Started out fishing Stage Harbor and manged schoolies with bass up to 26". Tide was low both days and I managed to catch only a little of the outgoing. The fish were there, but seemed very finicky. A "Ray's Fly" pattern clouser seemed to produce the mo
st fish. As a matter of fact, this pattern has produced most of my fish this year.
As Mike said, Sunday produced a beautiful sunrise. Managed more schoolies, with a few fish in the 20" range.
We saw a lot of boats heading out to Monomoy. Does anyone have any reports???
