I've been using an intermediate at that spot with success. I think the depth charge
line has its advantages at or near the high, but most of the "feeding" seems to be at the top.
BTW, have you tried to walk up that little outlet (up stream)and not just work the mouth? Mike
has been doing pretty well by doing this. It becomes almost like FW trout fishing! I'll be there
most high tides this week (after work)- usually a few others stop by also.
