Thanks Guys,

I've been working the beach 2 hours before and after LOW tide. I'll try switching gears and fish the same spots (the places were there was white water on the bars during the lower tide) around the high tide.

Also, I've been using Large Big eye deceivers (either white with dark back or all green) .. I was thinking bigger is better. I'll switch to my Teeny sinking line for the deceivers , But I'll stick with either my intermediate or floating while working
a BIG ol EEL.

Tony mentioned not to Wade the surf, Before I was tromping all over the sandbar trying to cast out as far in froth & chop as I could. I'll concentrate a little more on were the surf meets the beach.

Also, I love sunrise, I'm the guy who's usually working the surf at around 4:00 am waiting for sunrise. Its unbelievable how much things change once the sun comes up.

Thanks guys

Pete

PS..If your fishing the Rocky surf (like Rockport & Glouster). The Frothy White stuff (right in the Rocks) during a high tide is also the best. Although there are plenty of fish farther out & deep. The ones in close are in a feeding mode and have been
easier for me to catch.
