Hoping for a repeat performance of yesterday, I went out again this morning. It was literally a wash out. The Royal is running extemely high and hard, thus pushing silt all the way out to Moshers and beyond. There were fish around but the water was running so brown that you could not see 6" down into the water column. You had to snag them to catch them.
It looks like the huge influx of fresh water and silt will move the fish well away from the river. To bad, just when it was getting good.
