Should the Striped Bass be declared an "Rod and Reel Only" fish. No nets or weirs or any other method of catching? Not to make it a Non-Commercial Fish but to make it a Rod and Reel only would seem to me to be a method of protecting the future of the Bass. It is a great fish to eat and should be available to Gods people to eat. Let's "hear" from youse guys! A Salt Water Bass License to allow catch and eat and some sale for the rest of the folks who can't fish but want to eat bass sounds fair, or is it?
