I have had luck a few times this year on chatruse clousers on full sink line on Mashnee flats
The trick at times seemed to be cast and wait --and wait 30 sec 10 to 20 ft of water slow strip just off of bottom just raising off bottom.Sandy to grassy patch edges. Tide moving and drifting
