Chuck, For about three weeks now I have been inadvertantly catching fluke on Mashnee flats on clousers. They'll take it close to the bottom, but many will actually follow the fly right up to the surface alongside the boat. A slow retrieve with intermittant short 6 inch strips works. Actually if you're fishing off the bottom for stripers with a good sinking line, you're bound to pick up some fluke. and some have been door mat size!
