Bill, I fished Monomoy Saturday (6/20)and managed about 20 fish, including a 35".
My advice is to not only sight fish the flats, but fish every channel, trough, and any other prominent feature. I also caught all my fish on a size 4 clouser. I also wished I brought my reel w/ floating line for the fish that were in shallow. I lined too many fish that I did not see.
