It's the same thing at 1/3 the price. Large art supply/craft stores down here have it fot 67 cents an ounce in hundreds of plain and sparkling colors. Works great for deceiver heads, clouser heads (the Mr. Big Head), crease flies, etc. Adds another dimension, especially when given a final thin coat of epoxy.
