Even after all that frustration... isn't hunting for bones still an incredible experience.
It makes you think that we Northeast striper/blues fishermen are pretty primitive when it comes to fishing tactics.
I still can't get over how in tune with their environment bonefish are.
A shadow created by your line that zips by 15 feet above the fish's head in a fraction of a second
and he sees it through the water
while he is foraging and books off to Cuba (happened to my numerous times off Key West)
