I was at the meeting and feel that the NHF&G had their minds made up for the 28" length limit, 2 fish and no mater what was said it would not matter. Those that spoke were three to one in favor of the our existing regulation of 1 fish, 32" length limit, but I willing to bet it will be 2 fish at 28". Enjoy it know because they will soon be gone again. I have seen them come and go three times within the last 35 years.
