One other point worth considering.If you've got one, purchase your waders with a credit card that offers buyer protection. American Express, for example, will refund the cost of any item ruined within 90 days of purchase regardless of how it got ruined. Several years ago I tore up a brand new pair of boots on some barnacles -- completely my fault and not covered by the manufacturer's warrantee. I sent pictures of the ruined boots along with the receipt to Amex. A month later I get a check for the full purchase price. I believe Visa offers similar protection -- not sure about MasterCard.
